Hiring New Graphic Designer

My web development company is looking to hire at least one, maybe two, graphic designers for contract work on projects. Anyone here know good places to look for talented designers online?

You might start with photoshop news groups. Usually the regulars have url's in their sigs so you can check out their work.

They don't have to work on location. At first, it would just be project-by-project contract work doing things like creating site mocks and things of that nature.

We have a really gifted creative director but we are swamped with work and need help for him and the couple other people who have worked with us in the past.
