I've no found that the server is responding at unix14.hsphere.cc, it's my server alias that's not resolving. It's not a new account or anything, so it's not a propagation issue, it's just stopped working.

Sites that belong to customers of mine are up and working fine, my sites however are not up at all-- although mail is working now. I have sent in a ticket and then called-- I am not pleased with the fact that I reached a voicemail telling me that there was no one that could help me and to leave a message.

I would like an ETA.

All my client sites are available, but I'm getting a few reports of timeout/site-not-found errors - particularly when they are (1.) submitting online forms/data to MS-SQL, and (2.) sometimes while checking e-mail.

I've let my clients know that there will be slower response/ping times while we continue to replace/add router hardware - but I didn't have any idea of how long they might experience these problems... and am guessing I'll be giving them a lot of credits for this month

Can we expect resolution within the next 24 to 48 hours?

The replacement parts for Barney should be tested today and we hope to have them installed tonight <crossing fingers>, or at the latest Tuesday night.

i dont believe there is an ns4, and also you do not have an ns1.

Due to the fact that we have been working non-stop for 48+ hours to repair this issue we thought it best to get Barney back online immediately. I can understand that an email notice would have been great but to be honest there was not enough time in the day. We are short handed at the moment and severly tired. We have posted in this thread for 2 days stating we planned on bringing Barney back online tonight as soon as possible. I am not trying to be bitchy but I think it was best to get the network back up to speed and stable.
