03/30/2004: PixFirewall
The Pix firewall was rebooted around 9:30am this morning due to a network outage starting aroung 9:10am.
This recovered us from the outage and we are currently looking into the cause. The Firewall is currently stable and being monitored.

I would recommend submitting a TT since the techs check there more often than they do here.

To be honest, I have not heard anything else about the issue since the firewall was rebooted and the problem ceased to exist. Maybe a tech knows but I have not heard anything.

The firewall was under attack with the new cisco hole that just came out. We fixed the issue so it should not affect any of our cisco equipment now.
