I found a slight discrepancy between NT server 21 and 24 and thought I would post this FYI and also to try to determine which components are intended to be installed and supported on the Windows boxes...

there are a couple there that actually may have been installed by other resellers who needed custom COM's not already installed, but the majority do seem to be missing from a standard install.

It would be great if each windows machine had a component checker installed by default so we could see what's on all of them.

We have a list I think of every thing that should be installed, if its a custom com then it should only work for the user that needed it, but it will still show up in a list. But if you see something missing on the server that is on our list you can put in a ticket and we can get it installed. Since we have install scripts now we don't seem to miss as many com's as we may have when doing it by hand..

Can you send this in a ticket and just make the subject att: sharond or dave ether of them can check for these coms and reinstall them in needed. At least they should be able to.. Always need good tests. hehe
