Mail1 not responding
It seems that mail1.hsphere.cc has stopped responding to POP3 and SMTP traffic for those of you with customers whose mail is handled by that server. I've put in an emergency ticket to have it looked at, so someone at Matrix should hopefully be taking a look soon.

Would it be possible for the support staff to be kept updated on incidents like this?
On Nov 28, 2002 10:46:40 AM we opened a support call that appears to be related to all this (Ticket 23111) and the reply we received back was: A: Hello, i have checked all your dns and am unable to find any problems with this domain name. Please send a specific error to show what is not functioning. [Nov 28, 2002 1:46:31 PM] Understand that the problem had been apparently resolved earlier, but the support reply gave the impression that they were not aware of any earlier problems. Thanks
