Hey guys I really don't want to bother anyone but we just released a new product and I was wondering if anyone might want to know about it. It may be helpful to all of you.

Sounds pretty kool if nothing else
![]() At one point in time Sony Entertainment were talking about putting something similar into some of their online games, I think they must have dropped that idea though as I don't recall hearing anything more about it. |

I would find it too risky to use such program to communicate with my customers. 85% might be a pretty good rate for a machine translation, but technical issues can already be pretty hard to understand when both parties speak the same language, so with that kind of accuracy it would lenghten the time it takes to solve most tough problems imo.

Their is no reason to alienate customers just because they do not speak your language. Think about it, the software is an aid not a cure all. I appreciate your interest and your comments though. |
