I'm thinking about getting a SSL from suressl.com. We are hosting on NT27.

What are the steps needed to order the SSL and load it.

suressl is Comodo , no ?

yes, suressl is the same as Comodo - they are a basic reseller. That's where I got my cert. It was also a little cheaper than instantssl, but that's a great resource on their site.
