Yea, I have heard Brad wants a couch to go in his office. Too bad though. I got him to buy new furniture for the house instead.

Who needs a couch? Just empty out a closet, setup a hammock and throw an alarm clock and phone in there. That way you can just forward calls if your the only one on or take a nice restfull nap on lunch.

There is a waterproof PC, I saw it on the news a month back, being used in Iraq with the military, starting at $3200 it really isn't a bad deal, it can be dropped from like 12 ft without damage, repeatedly, is sealed waterproof, and has some funky display that is supposedly easy to read in almost any conditions. (except the pic i saw of it sitting in mud with the screen half-covered, dont tell me someone can actually use a PC like that!)

yeah he made it a point to show me the pics of his pool this afternoon!

I did tell him he needed to post more though, so I guess he did that much. (Actually I told him Vixen was going to pass him in post count!)

Hmm, maybe we should put put your pic on the front on matrix like every 3 or 4 days and have it say..

TOP of matrixreseller.com
Where is tech support.

Craigs image: http://craigsmith.us/pool/PDR_0002.JPG

Bottom of Matrixreseller
Well not at craigs pool check the beach.

And you act like trouble is something new to us. LoL We have had customers call and because they had to leave a voice mail, they said they thought we were at Disney. LoL For some reason ALOT of people think we are on permanent vacation since we live in Florida.

I'd also like to point out that since the new phone system is up one rarely has to leave a message anymore, except during the busiest of time during the day/week. At least that has been my experience.

So if you end up having to leave a message keep that in mind when you are expecting a return call in 2 minutes. These tech support issues sometimes take a while to resolve, and they will get back with you when they are free to do so.
