Directory permissions needs to be set

Guys ,
i had submitted a TT for having a permissions set on one of my customers log directory . TT no. is #85693 . Can that be done ASAP or if any info is required let me know . Or if it's been already done , i haven't got any such notification. Hope to hear from you soon.

I checked and reassigned that ticket to a windows admin. Instead of submitting a new ticket, you submitted it as a reply to an old ticket on a different subject and it predictably landed in the inbox of someone who's out for the weekend.

I have sent new TT regarding this to Support. with valid path . my mistake , as client had given improper info as well

Is it just write premissions? If it is they are set to on by default so they do not have to deal with it... If it is somthing else sorry to waste your time.
