index page

Hi
I have have setup everything ok, however i can not get my front page to work (ie www.domainname.com)
I cna setup a sub domain (ie test.domainname.com) and it will work.
Any ideas.
The page that i get for the www.domainname.com is:

Web Utilities
WebShell3

DB Utilities
phpMyAdmin - Admin interface for MySQL
phpPgAdmin Admin interface for PostgreSQL

EMail Utilities
IMP - mail client
Change your POP3 password

I have loaded the files into the correct directory for the domain, and have tried index.html, index.htm, default.htm, default.html as home pages.

Any help would be great.

thanks

steven

Couple of things come to mind.

1) are you sure the domain DNS propagation has completed ?
2) If it's on a Unix server check to see that theres no "apply" button in the web options section of your Control Panel, if there is then click on it and wait a few minutes before trying again.

am not sure , but is your desired Home Page is something other than index.htm or index.html ? maybe somethng like Index.asp or home.htm etc ? because , if so, you need to specify that in the directory indexes .under Web Options

Move doesnt start till tuesday,,, but chances are we could fix this in a jiffy with a ticket submission. Probably just need to apply changes in your web options or something.
