Can someone tell me how I can find out what blocks of IPs are assigned to any particular company?
This is for blocking access to my home network. I have been getting some rather nasty changes to my sys files [and a couple of trojans] from outside advertising idiots. Thanks, much appreciated.

go to samspade.org and put the IP address in, it will do a whois and tell you who owns that block, about all it does is help you sound more educated in your complaints to them.
