Mysql1.hsphere.cc is experiencing network connectivity issues at the moment. We're working to solve the problem as soon as possible. Until the problem is corrected the server may go up or down without notice, we will post here when the problem is corrected.

The problem has been solved and should not cause any more issues.

I don't think the problem has been solved. I keep getting "page not found" on my sites.

ixie02: contact support, the server should be up for you now. Make sure to include your username and the domain names of the sites that are down.

I think "page not found" error is nothing to with SQL Server. Your page in your site may be missing or there may be a problem with web server on which your site is.

For me, all SQL connections from all the sites are working properly at this time.

I went to bed at midnight and everything was down and it's still (or again) down now.

Everything = all sites and mail

Nothing has been down that long my friend, all this was very temporary, are you having problems with your ISP?

Actually, you never updated your nameserver IPs a long tiem ago, you are still set on 65.57.231.109 and 65.57.231.130 you need to be on 65.57.231.100 and 65.57.231.120 for your domains to work.

Resolution, go to registrar, and update the IPs, you will be all set then

Maybe he was on the same server I was. My site was down from around 12:30 yesterday afternoon until I went to bed at 2:30 this morning. Matt (Technician) was working on it.

Hello,
There was only a problem with your one site on unix6. I had to change the dedicated IP as the other one seemed to be locked... That one has been removed from the machine and shouldn't cause problems to anyone else. It may have taken a short while for your DNS to repropagate.
