ModernBill, Billing System coming soon!!

We will be offering ModernBill to our resellers at a deep discounted rate..

As ModernBill needs CURL it will not run on our shared system. So we will be setting up a system just for MB. We will only host ModernBill on this system working with an off line mySQL Database server to help keep it secure..

The price for ModernBill is yet to be set. There may be 2 options if we can work out some thing with ModernBill.

One where you get a copy of ModernBill or one where we do all updates but you do not get a copy of the software like a hosted solution.

Will there be a possibility to be able to integrate it with H-SPHERE or will it ONLY be used for Cpanel hosting?

It will be more for CPanel hosting not H-Sphere. You could use it along side H-Sphere but its not made to really work with it.

As H-Sphere has a billing system made in it would be hard to get Modern Bill to work with the system.

We would like to purchase ModernBill, but as far as I know cannot use it if CURL isn't available. We have been using phpmanager (unfortunately) and hate it. The developers are more concerned about releasing 2.0 than they are about fixing existing problems.

So is the answer to the question about CURL and whether or not the resellers using cPanel can purchase through ModernBill and use it here is?

Well, first of all you would need to purchase Modern Bill. And no it will not work on an Hsphere account.

Yes, I'll purchase MB. Where did you install it, on a Cpanel account, or does Vortech offer a separate server ( i think I read it somewhere on the thread from Admin that there gonna do this) ?

Our Modern Bill is installed on a seperate server but you *should* be able to install it on a Cpanel account. A tech would be able to tell you for sure.
