The FAQ's quite out of date, 2Co will now also charge in the currency the buyer selects, and vendors will soon also be able to set the base product price in currencies other than US$

Refunds/Chargebacks are also done in the original currency too which means customers can't "make or loose" money on a refund due to currency fluctuations between the date of purchase and date of refund.

Try out their demo routine, you can see the little flags on the checkout screen which allow the customers to change the currency

Looks like, we have to wait for 2004 in order to have a working solution (Phase 3) and 2checkout's recurring system is not working as well as paysystem's, but PS does not support my currency and worldpay is too expensive and this thread went way off topic =)

I think everyone should have a offshore account :P. A good bank in Ruba will do the work :d
