Starting a new thread on this, since the Network Status area states, "Please DON'T make new posts in Network / Server Status forum."

But for whatever reason, it is pretty clear that a LOT of people did not get the email announcement.

Well, I have no idea why because we sat here for over an hour sending them out last night. It always seems like the same people miss the announcements.

We USED to get announcements ... this one was never received. No changes on our end for our email address regarding where we get the notices. We receive other Vortech mail with no problem regarding account issues (i.e from Brad, billing, etc.) We didn't find out about this downtime affecting email until a customer just wrote in complaining about their email being down.

We make every effort to check the forum for notices each morning, but from this thread, notice was made at 02-11-2003 12:56 PM ... same day of the upgrade. If an outage is planned in the future, could we get at least a 24 hour notice that includes the estimated date/times the network will be affected? Thanks.
