1. This SLA is ONLY for Colocation and Dedicated Server Customers!! This does not include virtual customers or resellers.

Due to virtual customers and resellers being in a shared environment we will only issue credits for 8 hours or more for downtime. It must be 8 hours within a 24 hour time period. We must receive your credit request within 5 days of the downtime occurance. If you submit your request later than 5 days or you submit a request for less than 8 hours, you will NOT receive a credit. Also, you MUST include your main username along with ALL domains affected. If you do not include this within your request, you will NOT receive a credit.

2. When submitting tickets the following must be included:
(a) Main Username
(b) Domain Name
(c) End user username if this is in regard to a customer's site
(d) If you are receiving an error, a link to the page where you are receiving the error is helpful.

3. If a user posts a problem within the forum, instead of or in conjunction with placing a trouble ticket, do not expect to receive an answer to the support issue from a Vortech, Inc staff member in the forum. If a staff member happens to come across your post and has the time to answer it, they can choose to do so. However, staff members are no longer required to answer support issues in the forum since all support issues should be directed to the ticket system.

You must include your reseller username in every ticket submitted.
