Cpanel Reliability?

Is your Cpanel system more reliable/stable than Hsphere?

Will we be using the same shared dns?

Will we be using the same email server as the Hsphere customers or is it separate?

Thanks for the quick reply Brad. Sorry for all the questions, but just a few more.

A long time ago, there was mention of a Modern Bill discount. I know after their upgrade the price went way up. Will they still give a discount for your customers?

Will we have any problem installing MB on the Cpanel servers?

As a reseller, should I go in and purchase another account from you, or is there a way you could just add one of the Cpanel plans to my current account?

I hope more people will come in and share their experience. It was pretty unstable 10 months ago, being updated every night or so.

I sure hope, they've solved all their bugs

I am just looking to switch my business customers from Alabanza and cancel that account. I love the Hsphere system and it fits very well with one of my online businesses, but I need a good solid control panel to move my business customers to.

Are you currently using the Cpanel option?

Nope, that's why I really want to see others express themselves.
When I was using it, the problem was that the "team" developping it was too small and bugs were not squashed fast enough. New bugs were introduced quit often, sometimes locking the server up.

Ok, I am trying to sign up but the order form won't take my email address and says it is invalid. If I can get the order through I have the perfect customer to test this on. (I just had another call from him about hotmail bouncing everything that is sent to him.) That makes three calls from him today, and seven for the week.

He calls every other day with some sort of issue with Hsphere. I'll put him on this system and let you know how it works out.
