NT48 - Emergency Maintenance for May 13, 2008

Still looking for an update guys!! Can we not just remove the drive holding the sites and put in new machine. Or restore a backup to a new machine? Can someone please respond to this thread to get us updated?

I am guessing it is NOT a hardware issue.....otherwise they would have done exactly that by now...

what is going on ??

all my sites are down. I have a 3rd party testing the server and this week alone my sites have been down like 100 + hours. I know I was told about emergency maintenance but man for the last 5 hours I am dead and my phone wont stop ringing. I literally have customers who started campaigns and are asking to be reemburised because of the total loss of of the campaign.

to tell me I should move to a dedicated server is NOT the answer I want to hear either. I mean what if all the cognent lines went dead on VT and VT was to to go buy their own telecom company for a solution ?

..oh and if I get a response like I did last time brown things WILL hit the propeller. I pay for service and to be told "I wont respond because I dont like what you said to me" is not a great way to deal with valid complaints from just about everyone.

Is there any news on NT48 we have already lost two clients because of this and three days on there seems to be no resolution in site.

The latest I have from support on NT48 is "We're currently working on swapping in new hardware and restoring it. We hope to have it back up soon!"

We've been working 48 hours straight on nt48, sorry we haven't updated the forum's, right now all of your sites are in the middle of coming back up. We'll let you know when it's 100% up.
