Nameserver for Windows Shared Corporate Account

Am I able to set up nameservers for my account - Windows Shared Corporate? I cannot find instructions on how to do so.

www.dnsstuff.com reports various warnings and failures because I am using the default ns2/3.hsphere.cc.
