Everyone should check their sites on NT30. I have 86 sites with corrupt, empty files, image files that appear on the server and have file sizes but come back as broken or don't appear at all. Many of the sites just show a white blank page, others show NT30 on a white page.
I've submitted a critical level TT and I am waiting to hear back from VT but my customer is beyond angry. |

I have many sites that ore in the plan. I know that you have had problems but you guys are saying that they have been solved so why am I not online??????? I need an urgent explicative response my number is XXX-XXX-XXXX cell and or XXX-XXX-XXXX Please call me urgently Thank you Edit Last edited by dvanburen : 01-22-2007 at 10:02 AM. We've got a customer on server30 now suddenly getting the following error:
Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005' Unrecognized database format 'C:\hshome\xxx\db\db_xxx.mdb'. Has something happenned to the restored server30 that has caused this? It was fully working before the server died. |

Has anyone come up with a quick way to determine which of my customers are on NT30? I know I can go through each client, one-by-one, in the control panel and see which server they are on. But I have several dozen clients (some with multiple domains) and I just don't have the time or ability to do this search.
It would be nice for me to figure out if any of my clients were affected by this, so that I can republish their websites (in case anything is missing). |

I would venture to say that the Access database may be corrupted. Just upload your backup to the server. |

There are no shortcuts on this one. At least none that I am aware of. As far as I can tell, the most efficient means of getting this information is a generic search in your Admin CP and clicking on each Account ID # which as you probably know will reveal the server. It would be great if HSphere had an option to search by "Host Name". |

I keep a Word document of client hosting info (including what server they're on) for just such a situation. I add the new client's info as they are signed up. Not being a smart-aleck, just a suggestion. ![]() |

You don't even really need to go to that much effort, just make sure you get copies of the signup emails, store them in a seperate email folder and then just use your email clients search feature to find customers based on text in the signup email, for instance the server name they're on is always in the signup FTP URL, if you customise your sign up emails then you can pretty much get every piece of information you'll ever need to use as search criteria in it eg email server

If any one is still missing any thing please open a ticket ASAP. We want to be sure we got everyone. This is why we keep 2 types of backups now, an image and file based so we have a much higher rate of having the files you need. It's always a good idea to try and keep your own backup at least once a month or week is best.
Sorry about the issue and this was also addressed in the H-Sphere 2.5 upgrade email about check disk, we have few other systems that also need this to be run to insure we have 100% good backups before our upgrade on the 5th please see that post for more info.

NT30 seems to be down again. http://nt30.hsphere.cc/ - unable to connect.
FTP is down also, so looks like the whole thing is offline, not just IIS. What's the status of the server, re hard disk quality now? Shouldn't the HD have been replaced in the first place?
