Fraud Prevention
Hello,
Besides using moderate all accounts, AVS and CVV what other methods do you employ to prevent fraud within your hosting business? I have heard of Phone verification processes such as, fraud gate. However they talk about the use of the modernbill billing system, now I am not sure that this Phone verification process would work with hsphere. Has anyone used it or do you use it with hsphere? I call the new customers myself to "welcome" them.
It's the best fraud technique ever invented. I was able to confirm 2 this year by calling suspicious signups.
