NT26 is currently experiencing an issue with its backplane or SCSI controller. As of yet, the specific malfunction is unclear. We are swapping the system drives into another server to verify. We will let you know more details when they become available.

It looks like it was the controller. I have the server up and stable in the office in new hardware. Everyone will be happy to know that all data appears completely intact. I am returning the server to the datacenter now.

The server is back in the DC. Because of the hardware change, the dedicated IPs on the server need to be re-setup. That is being done now.
