changing a billing email address

Well went to change a clients billing address:

From my admin cp I logged into the client acount, went to billing info:

Then I discovered that I can not update the just billing email address without entering in ALL the credit card info in again.

I could see that this could be a problem for signups I do not know the entire cc number or verification code.

Anyone know a way around this?

updated, thank you lindsey

Well called billing and spoke with Lindsey who provided the answer. Posted it here for the rest of you.

Short answer, You can NOT just update the email address or any other part of the billing info without re-entering all the credit card info too.

So to obtain your client/customers card number, if you dont have it, do the following:

Log into your admin account.
Go to REPORTS => CHARGE LOG
Enter in the customer user name or id number and submit.
On the resulitng screen at the far right under "Details you will see your credit card prossing info in a "link" format. Click the link and you will see the details in a string format. Within that string is the customers credit card info.

The problem could be the CCV code though because so far mine shows up as *** I will update this next month after my next set of charges to see if I can also get the card code.

Thanks again Lindsey,

Greg
