subdomain creation, availability

I created two subdomains under my account about 8 hours ago, and I still can't access them via a browser. I've tried getting to them via http://sub.mydomain.com and also using the Instant access domain alias, and neither work. I can ping the site and it resolves to the corrent server. Via a browser, it looks like I'm getting the default page on the Unix10 server, not my actual subdomain directory...I see the Webshell and DB untilities page, not the page I've placed in my sub domain directory. I've used subdomains before but it's been about a year since I've created one and I don't remember if it took a long time to be available the first time. Am I missing something?

That happens to me almost everytime I create a subdomain, submit a ticket and they will reset apache for you.
