Urchin Issues Again

My Urchin shows no stats after 12/5. (NT 22 if it matters)

I thought it might be because I switched the account to dedicated IP this week so I disabled Urchin then re-enabled it. the stats are still good before the 6th but nothing for 12/6 forward.

I've had Livestats before and it was worlds better than Urchin.

Yep, changing your IP will do it. The urchin server uses a hash file to get the stats from the server, so if your IP changed, chances are it updated your hash in one place and not the other.

Should I stop it for awhile and restart after an hour or two or what?

Or should I send a TT and have you guys fix it

Yeah livestats is great, but I seem to recall it's not really *nix friendly at all.

Sorry can't really offer any help on Urchin (I'm not using it at all yet personally).

hey, problem is not with the IP change.......even my stats are missing after the 6th. All records are 0 after 6th December!!!

(server is nt28, so problem is not only in one server)

but mine are now fine. don't know why but they eventually started appearing ok after a few days.
