Unhappy Disappearing emails!

For about 3 days now my clients have been complaining that emails are not being recieved. Several people have called me saying they sent me an email but I never recieved them and they did not get a bounce back. The people I host for have been having the same problem. I recently tested my vortech accounts my sending an email from home, that was 8 hours ago, still nothing. I can only recieve email from other vortech accounts.

If it is a mail server problem how can I get switched to a different server?

If you are having an issue it is best to submit a TT as the techs check those more frequently than they do the forum.

Ok, I just now received a bounce from the email I sent from home.

it says the message did not reach the recipient 550 relay blocked.

This is getting annoying!

As Vixen said, post a TT with full message headers and body. I don't recognise "relay blocked" as an error message from our qmail servers.

I did post a ticket I am getting reports of slow email:

While perusing the headers for my emails I noticed there is about a 2 hour lag as they are routed through several servers. I don't know if this is fixable from my side, your side, the ISP or not at all.

Unfortunatly, the email is being delay at the 'fallback01.mail.atl.earthlink.net', as you can see, an attempt isn't even made to our server for hours.
