Website Problem
Ok I just changed someone's hosting to a dedicated IP from a shared IP. Now when I try to access his site by typing in www.domain.com it brings everyone to a password screen? WTF is that? however when we type in the IP address, it works just fine. Can someone please help me out? Has anyone had this problem? It is for a Windows plan.

Thats your local DNS not updating yet so your going to the shared IP right now. Try rebooting your computer this some times fixes the problem. Any time you change an IP it can take a little bit to update.. If you post the domain i can check it for you or send it to me in PM. Since i have never been there I can see where it goes to make sure its 100% right but i am sure it is.
