Autoresponder (vacation Message)
Hello,
Is it possible at all for people with no access to CP, to turn on an auto-responder. What is needed, is a client has to go away for a day or two, and his clients to know that he wont be able to reply untill he gets back. It is a big pain if i always have to go into cp, and set it up everytime. Thanks |

Theres no way currently that it can be done outside the CP, you also should be aware that the Autoresponder really isn't the ideal thing to be using for out of the office messages, unlike normal out of the office messages it will reply to all emails (out of the office messages usually only reply once to each unique incoming from address). This can be annoying to folks on mailing lists etc getting a response every time a mail goes out.

I have found at least one that will only reply once (WebEdge). It's kind of cool.
I did some poking around on the @Mail site and there appears to be some features that are not available on our version/configuration, forwarding and auto responders are two.
