Fixed. This was a network thing unrelated to the server changes.

Not fixed as I stated in my TT reply. No access to phpMyAdmin thru the control panel on mssql2. Still getting the error message:

Access denied for user: 'phpuser@216.157.145.200' (Using password: YES)

Yeah, looks like there were two separate issues involved here. Which is really odd since we didn't as much as log into mysql2 during the upgrades. We're still looking for the fix for this one.

Earlier today they had a power issue at the same time as the server change. It may be the same again.

When will the cp be back up? Right now it first tries to resolve to the temp url and then says it's not responding.

CP is up, been up. If your having trouble with your CP then submit a TT.

Well after a while it started working again and I found out that you changed my cp URL form a secure personal URL to an unsecure temp URL which was just transmitting all my customers passwords in clear text. How nice...

So I reconfigured everything and the cp just gives me a "Internal Server Error". Doesn't look like the cp is working fine.

Internal 500 error, or it just hangs.
What is the CP ip? you've got a problem there i think.

The IP was changed last week to 216.157.145.2

But I think it's a problem with SSL, it probably wasn't setup.Yesterday when trying to insert a new cert, the cp told me that this feature wasn't available.

Since the Vortech cp is also not working, it might just be a different problem.

yesterday my dns settings in the CP still listed my CP ip as 216.157.145.200, also i have no ssl.
I couldn't reach mysql2 yesterday, but its fine now as my sites up, but the cps down. Thats why i think its the CP ip. Its talking erratically to the different nits of H-sphere?
just guessing. I'll put a ticket in.
