Name Servers

Last week I added a new client on the Unix plan. The domain got ns1.hsphere and ns2.hsphere as the name servers. As I understand, all new plans would be on ns2 and ns3. When I ping the name servers, ns1 responds ok, ns2 is in the 400's with a weird routing, ns3 doing the same.
Is there any way to change the name serves?

No, HSphere routes the nameservers according to what is available. It's possible that ns1 was put back online. I wouldn't worry about the pinging issue - I've often had issues pinging the nameservers.

You can check the IPMonitor for all servers - http://status.vortechhosting.com:8080/

I didn't think NS1 had been stopped actually, I think you'll now get 3 servers allocated per new domain (most of mine were showing 3 the other day anyway), ns was the one switched off when ns2 came into service.

You shouldn't be using anything hsphere.cc on your registrar, you need to use the aliases setup in your E-Manager, and you should then be only using the nameservers the control panel tells you to use in the DNS settings for that particular domain (it normally will only assign 2 of them now).
