I'm no spam expert, but that looks pretty good from where I'm sitting - I've seen more prominent hosts with more spam listings than that.

Sad thing is, to get listed, most of the time you don't have to do anything..... I've seen them list hosts on a whim - simply because of one complaint..........

plus you have to factor in which lists ISP's are using. Again, I'm no expert, but I'd guess that many of those listed are just frivolous, and probably not used much.
