I decided not to write a ticket for this because i think it is in interest of alle customers and resellers.

One of my customers asked i you have got any virusscan software on the servers, if yes what brand?

And another question, i know there i daily backup for internal use. Is it possible to get the files from a backup as a reseller?

No, there are some exe files blocked from sending and such, but not AV.

There is a backup daily, you can restore from backup for $60

I guess you are talking about mailservers filters, but what about virusscanning on the web and sql servers

We have norton's on the windows servers but there is really no real need for it.. Its kind of hard for a web server get a virus like you would get in email or any thing.

A virus could be uploaded, but really it has be to executed locally to do much by the way of damage, I was speaking of mail because that is the most common question.

some providers offer virus scan on all mails at mails sever such as adittional customer security. Many inexperienced user feel that is important and is so attractive for them.
Is possible that Matrix think about this another feature on future?
This will help us to get more customers.
