upgrading / moving between plans
Is it possible to upgrade from any of the Vortech-hosted plans to a reseller account?

If you mean from a shared plan to a reseller plan, then yes. The process is this:
1. Signup for a reseller account 2. Submit a ticket to support asking for your current account to be moved to your reseller account. 3. We will change ownership of your shared account from us to your reseller account. You will no longer be billed by us for the shared account. When its all said and done, the shared account will act like an end-user CP for your reseller acocunt.
