I understand that. I was not complaining, rather sharing that I have found my own solution that works for my customers who require 2.0. Having a "back-up" reseller plan with another company works for me.

I also have some 2.0 sites with another provider. One of the issues both here and there seems to be that the servers need to have either 1.1 as a default or 2.0. To use a version other than a default right now, it must be manually set.

Not usually a problem if it's only a one time deal but if the system tanks, or the metabase gets corupted, all the manual overrides have to be re-entered. I believe (but don't know) that all sites on the server are down until the metabase updates are made.

You won't see .NET2 until HSphere 2.5.1 at the earliest.

very interesting. I am getting more requests for .net 2 support from clients. I see they are competivley priced with Vortech, and offer something I cannot using Vortech. I wish they had a longer trial period as 7 days is not enough time to test apps. This may be worth investigating as it appears 3.0 will be out before Vortech supports 2.0. You may even see Vista and MAC 12 (OS 11 is just a bad Omen)
