03/24/2004 HSphere CP

We are aware of problems with the CP this morning, have restarted twice and no change. Currently we have an urgent request into PSoft to advise what's going on here.....

OK, the CP is back for the time being. I am still corresponding with PSoft to make sure that we address any possible problems.....

Just a quick note, I have been seeing a number of "Internal Server Error" messages over the past "couple of days" when accesing the H-Sphere CP. It does not appear to be consistent in terms of when it happens and submitting a TT seemed futile because it does not last long.

One or two refreshes will yield a normal response.

I'm trying to sort some issues out for a client. They can't login to their HSPHERE account and their mail hasn't worked since I set it up late last week (forwarding accounts to their ISP). They are getting a bit annoyed. I tried logging into any of my accounts and am getting a "SERVER NOT RESPONDING" message.

Any idea when this will be fixed? I'm beginning to think I should move over to the CP seeing as I don't host any NT accounts, just linux and HSPHERE always seems to take forever for page loads/etc. Any comments?

Slowness issues haven't been an issue since this morning that we've been able to notice.

For me from this part of the world, CP is not loading

is this the same as when i get RPC server not responding messages? cause ive been getting them on one of my sites on nt18
