Please use this thread for any mail10 issues. We are currently replacing the drive in mail10. It has been intermittent, though we thought we had it around 3pm and it stayed up for about 4 hours. Now it seems that the drive needs to be replaced, and that is what we are doing now. We will update this thread when we have any additional information.

Ok, it's back up. Hopefully it will stay up. Spamd is disabled right now, so there may be more spam than usual, but I wasn't to be sure it is not causing problems. I don't think it is, and I will enable it tomorrow if all goes well.

too good to be true... yep services are down again no SMTP service and webmail to that server shows:

After assessing the machine hardware thoroughly we have opted to put a new machine in it's place as the current one has proven unreliable for some customers over the last few days. We are making this descision based on the amount of down time verses uptime in the last 24 hours. we would rather bite the bullet now so to speak, and put all new in it's place than risk further issues after simply repairing the existing server. We should have it fully set up, and hope to be fully functional within a few hours. We will keep the forum post updated as progress changes.
