Just an update. Were working on this and I hate to say it but it looks like another drive failure.

Ok, here we go...

Unix12 had a drive failure. WE've replaced the drive and the OS. We just started to restore data from the backups...

The latest is we have backups from 6 days ago that are being restored. What happened with NT20 Sunday morning prevented us from having a more recent copy.

I am closing the post so that we can keep most of this in one place in the tickets. We will still reply here with status updates as they are coming in.

I will also be posting full details and more info on our backup system tomorrow and how we are going to really inprove the system.

We have around 600 sites up and running at the moment. I will post updates as soon as a more sites become available.

Still restoring many sites. I'm estimating about 65% of the process has been completed so far.

We are still recovering and restoring data. There is an incredible amount of data still involved in this task. We are also double-checking the work to make sure we're getting as much recovery as possible on the data (individual sites) for accuracy. Even though we were originally 65% done earlier, there's still a lot of ground yet to cover.
