6/11/2005 Vortech Phone System
Hello,
Our phone system decided to die this morning. We are still accepting tickets of course, But those that would be calling, The phones are out at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Just an update guys and gals..
Our external phone lines at Vortech are still experiencing Telco issues. We've been unable to properly accept incoming calls for the past four hours now, and have been working with the telco provider to resolve the issue. At this point, to ensure quality of service and that your needs are answered, we're asking that you submit trouble tickets for all important service requests. Thank you for your patience while we get this issue sorted out.
