TOS violations have never been posted here (to my knowledge) which is probably why no one ever made the post. We handle TOS violations with the individual customer.

Based on the earlier posts in this thread, wasn't this a change in policy becuase you'd gotten more information on the legality of hosting sites though? so doesnt that actually make it a change in TOS which caused the violation rather than a violation of the existing TOS.

So I think a heads-up post on the forum would have been quite appropriate in this instance informing everyone of the change in TOS.

If TonyK hadn't raised this on the forum we'd still all be none the wiser that the policy on gambling sites has changed. TonyK also would have had the opportunity to find out on the forum about the change also rather than relying on emails which unless you actually request a read reciept you have no guarantee that the end user has even received the email let alone read it.

The email was sent to the ONLY email address on TonyKs account, so wouldn't it be safe to assume he received it??
