From an end-user perspective I think Helm is the easiest to use control panel out there, very hard to stuff anything up. Tis the only one I could give a dumb client and know they will be able to use it.

I know administration have troubles with it's billing system though...

...and it is very basic... :-)

I think Plesk is probably even simpler still, I've found many customers tend to get a little confused with HELM personally, plus from a server admin point of view I've had some issues with HELM, not many but enough to make me be seriously considering converting to Plesk once I've finished completely testing the new V7 release.
