06/14/2004 - HSphere 2.4 Update

Just a quick post for any admins that might be working on the AWStats problem mentioned above.

I was just in a customer control panel setting up an e-mail address for him, when I thought I'd give the awstats button another try while I was there. This time it worked fine. I tried it on another (unix) account and that worked fine this time aswell.

The problem only seems to be happening with windows based accounts now.

Yea we found the AWstats issue, the H-Sphere upgrade was missing a registry key, we will be adding this key and then it should fix them all, we should have it done by this after noon.

In the Ticket Administration Panel it does not appear as it is supposed to according to the demo you guys had offered and PSoft' documentation.

* The Toolbar is missing
* No Ticket Statistics are available

I am not sure if this is only affecting me or everyone so I thought I would start here.

If I should submit a TT just let me know.

How do I get the ugly yellow/brown theme to switch over to the new Xpressia theme? I've tried to change it, although no icons show up and the theme stays the same.

If you have customized the look and feel and are pointing to images residing on your domain, you'll either have to upload the new icons or change back to the default settings. This worked for me and all is well now.

Theres a couple of places to change it.

To change the look and feel of your admin panel, go to look and feel in the reseller panel (first screen you log into from cp.hsphere.cc)

To change the look for your customers, you change the look and feel options from the admin panel.

I am able to open AWStats but, I get Last Update: Never updated (See 'Build/Update' on awstats_setup.html page) at the top.

How do I access this page?
