Autoresponder Problem
I am trying to add an autoresponder for a domain that is in an add-on domain under a standard UNIX plan. I can add an autoresponder to the main domain with no problem. But when I try to add one for one of the child domains I get:
"Failed to add autoresponder. Internal error. Tech support was notified." I have submitted two tickets about this and have not gotten a response over a period of 4 days now. Unfortunately I am trying to deal with this over a 14K cell phone connection while I am out of town and it is a serious pain in the ass. Can any tech let me know what the problem is??? Hrm,
I can't find your ticket, nor the internal error generated by HSphere. Try again and resubmit your ticket. |
