Talking Bear Hunting...

Ralph and Norris went bear hunting in Montana. While Ralph stayed in the cabin, Norris went out looking for a bear. He soon found a huge bear, shot at it but only wounded it. The enraged bear charged toward him. His rifle jammed, so he dropped it and started running for the cabin as fast as he could.

Now Norris was pretty fleet of foot but the bear was just a little faster and gained on him with every step. Just as Norris reached the open cabin door, he tripped and fell flat. Too close behind to stop, the bear tripped over him and went rolling into the cabin.

Norris jumped up, closed the cabin door and yelled to his friend inside, "You skin this one while I go and get another!"

As a man was about to go hiking into the mountains, he asked the park ranger if there was anything to fear from bears.

Ranger: We have black bears and Grizzly bears, the black bears are pretty harmless. If you tie little silver sleighbells to your clothing and sprinkle yourself with cinammon, it will warn the bears that you're coming and you won't startle them. Just keep an eye out for the types of bears in the area, and avoid the Grizzlies.

Man: How will I know what types of bears are in the area?

Ranger: Look for their droppings. Black Bear droppings contain nuts, berries, and the odd bit of squirrel.

Man: What about Grizzly Bear droppings?

Ranger: Those are full of little silver bells and smell like cinammon.
