just noticed that all vortech servers/mail were down for about 20 min. around 2.00 AM.....

Everything was down from my side (Sri Lanka) too!
Hope that was a hiccup somewhere closer to VortTech data center!

Yes, our upstream provider had an issue at about 01:55 EST til it was back at 02:20 EST. I am sure Brad will have more to tell everyone later today, we have BIG plan and BIG (literaly) equipment to make us 100 % redundant which also means direct connections so things like this will be within out control..... More to come...
