Updating Current Client Plans

I am not sure if i saw it hear or at the psoft forums but can someone post how i can update current customer plans? I recently changed my plans and heard that current clients' plans don't get updated...we have to manually do it. Can someone show me how...thanks a lot!

It should just update them for you if you add like phpbb or some thing like that..

If you change the price on the plan it will also change to accounts already setup.

About the only thing that does not change is Bandwidth and Space you may bee to login to each user side and change it for them.

So then if i go in to the users account, i can change the bandwidth for them without charging them extra right? Thanks for your help....

Yep you can change it and it will not charge them.
