We have fixed the problem in our code and uploaded one class on your control panel
and restarted it.

So if anyone is still having a problem getting into the CP send in a ticket with your reseler username and i'll make sure it gets fixed.

I sent a ticket a little while ago... I know this is not my end because even my ASP scripts that call the SQL server say they can not connect... I change the server name from mssql.ikoh.com to the IP and everything works...

ok thanks. needless to say there are a ton of tickets open. We called Alan in on his day off to help out. So we'll get to them all eventually.
