Admittedly, I am new at this

Hi all,

First of all, I am not very technical and have never done this kind of hosting so far so I am sure most of my problems are rudimentary in nature...

Here is what I am having difficulty with:

I followed the documentation (very extensive I might add, so it is no fault of Vortech for the problems I am having). I created a hosting account for my company www.gravitatedesign.com. In the email that was created I received a temporary IP to use for my account. Unfortunately, because I have not changed my DNS settings yet it goes to a "page not found' error. Of course, I want to load and test my site before changing the DNS settings. So, I guess I am asking how do I get a temporary IP without using the sdkfnsakf.gravitatedesign.com?

Thanks for answering my question and forgive my naivety on all of this. I will probably need to do this. What do I have to do to get this dedicated IP? And when I go to register.com to change the DNS's where do I point them? Do I point them to:

Ns.hsphere.cc
Ns1.hsphere.cc

Or do I need to point them to something else.

Once my site propagates, how do I move it from the dedicated IP to the gravitatedesign.com site?

I know your new here,, but the preferable method is DEFINITELY tickets and never ever both please. It just doubles our work. I had actually already started your ticket when i saw this post... so you see what I mean. I will finish it now.
