Selling my customers

I have 37 low-demand hosting clients, all paying between $19.95 to $89.95 per month (depending on allocated resources) via credit card. Total income is about $1300 with several $19/yr domains and auto-renewed SSL certs. All fit on the $55/mo plan here. Is anyone interested in purchasing my clients? Several of them are frequent development customers as well (php), and I'd like to see them end up in the right hands.

Anyone have an idea of what I should expect as far as valuation? I've heard 12 months is average, but I also know that if I more or less turned off my phone and answered the once or twice weekly email, most would stay with me a lot longer than that. Feel free to PM me with offers. Most of my clients are in the SF bay area.

Edited: To add income and other details.

I recently purchased a client base and paid 6months income. I would expect to pay 6months to a years income, depending on the number of clients and length of time they have been clients. You really wouldnt want to wait much longer than that to start turning a profit off them.

How did you get them paying $89/m :-)

Can you break it down more so we can make an offer. How many are paying $19 and how many $89 etc.

RE: turnover
Most of my clients have been with me for more than a year, some for up to five years. Turnover is very low. I lost one client this past year. His business was closing. I don't know if this is par for the course for this type of client (small business).

I added income and stuff to the first post. But to summarize, I make about $1300 before hosting fees ($55/mo). $1100 or so is from monthly hosting fees, the rest from $19/yr domains, and $199/yr ssl certs.

I should also say that I'd be happy to include the home page: electricfox.com, and the custom-built billing system (with plugins for vortech hosting cp), pdf invoices, custom programming project management, etc etc.

It seems that those people are your loyal customers. Customer loyality is good for bussiness. But customers would not be in a good mood when they are sold. How can we be sure about their continual purchasing of hosting service.
