Why am I a jr member rather than a vortech Customer?

That and you can change it by navigating to:
User CP (link at top), Edit Profile, then change the "Custom User Title" field |

Did a bit of research and found the following:
http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/m..._title_manager In a nutshell VBulletin User Titles by default are set to label a user as Junior Member until they reach 30 posts... it's configurable so there's no telling exactly what the post level is here without an admin confirming the number. |
