mail9 problems: dropped mail, etc?

I have two customers on mail9 that are screaming bloody mary about mail being dropped and not delivered to their POP accounts. The mail goes out (using an outside SMTP service) but never comes in. They get some mail, just not their tests and occasionally important emails from their clients.

Since two customers are complaining about this, I have reason to believe it's true, but so far support has not said anything. Is mail9 having problems? Under load?

I haven't gotten any complaints from customers about this....I guess I'm lucky.

If I get a customer with an email problem like this, I'll create a "test" email account (using their domain) on my computer and email myself to see if I can recreate the problem. I usually use the domain's SMTP service for this. If you get your test emails while they're having problem, something is most likely wrong on their end.

If I can duplicate the problem, I usually put in a trouble ticket and stay on it. Support has been pretty good about taking care of problems and relaying information back to me.

Are you still having the problem?

Mail9 has been running great. If you're still having problems, please submit a ticket to support.
